We are focused on providing Marin County with affordable therapeutic massage of the highest quality.  Our unique setting allows for the practitioner and client to deepen and explore the practice of shared silence.  The massage “rooms” were designed to be private yet connected so that a communal atmosphere of mindfulness can be experienced.  Lovely fabric partitions facilitate this practice.

We ask you to leave your cell phone behind, and enter a silent space where whispers are allowed and talking is avoided.  Silence is cultivated, not merely enforced, in our massage space.  

Swedish Relaxation Massage features gliding strokes with the palms, thumbs and/or fingertips combined with gentle kneading movements with hands. It relaxes the mind while improving circulation for the entire body.  Swedish massage feels good and is suggested as part of a regular program for stress management.

Deep Swedish Therapeutic Masage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue to release the chronic patterns of tension in specific areas through slow strokes and deeper pressure on the contracted areas.  Afterwards, the body often feels as if it had a strenuous, yet impactful workout. Because many toxins are released, it's important to drink plenty of water after a deep session to help eliminate toxins from the body.

In collaboration with the Diamond Light School, student interns are available on a limited basis for full body Swedish relaxation massage.  In return for the $30/hour discounted price, the client fills out an evaluation form that is reviewed by the school and is part of the California certification process.
